FINANCIAL POLICIES

For patients with dental insurance, we are happy to file your claim as a courtesy. Please keep in mind that the estimated portion your insurance company might cover is not a guarantee of payment. Your estimated portion is due in full at the time of your visit.

Your insurance plan is an agreement between you and your insurance company. If they don't cover the claim or pay less than expected, the remaining balance will be your responsibility.

We accept most dental PPO insurances and Virginia Medicaid (Smiles for Children). Because insurance policies can vary, we can only estimate your coverage but cannot guarantee it. Your portion or co-payment is due at the time of service. We will file your claim and allow 45 days for payment. If no payment is received after 60 days, the balance will be billed to you.

If you have any questions, feel free to call our team before your appointment. We ask for full payment at each visit, and we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and debit cards.
